Which platforms do you support?

beknown.world supports WordPress, Shopify, and custom or headless sites. Webflow and Framer are assessed case by case. We do not support Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, or other closed builders. Platform compatibility is confirmed at enquiry stage, before you commit to anything.

Why do you not support Squarespace and Wix?

These platforms do not provide the file system access or API depth required for a full implementation to our standard. Rather than offer a degraded version, we do not take these projects. Migrating to WordPress is the most straightforward path to a full implementation.

How do you access my website and is it safe?

We use a five-stage access protocol. External audit first, no access required. Minimum necessary permissions when access is requested. Never admin credentials. All work on staging.
