About these terms

These terms govern your use of the beknown.world website and services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. beknown.world is operated by Duncan Hotston, trading as The Tailored Agency, registered in England and Wales.

The free AI Visibility Check

The AI Visibility Check is a free diagnostic tool. It analyses publicly available information about your website and generates an automated report. The check is provided as-is and does not constitute professional advice. Results are indicative, not guaranteed. We make no warranty about the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated assessments.

Implementation services

Implementation work (Micro, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers) is subject to a separate project agreement sent before work begins. Key terms include:

• Fixed-price engagement, invoiced via Xero. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
• Delivery within 10 working days from the date we receive full access to your website.
• You retain full ownership of your website and all content. We do not claim ownership of any work produced.
• We require temporary admin-level access to implement changes. Access is revoked on completion unless you instruct otherwise.

Rollback guarantee

If anything goes wrong after go-live, we restore your site within four working hours at no cost. This guarantee is included in your project agreement. It covers the first 30 days after implementation is marked complete.

AI Visibility Care Plan

The Care Plan is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe. Terms:

• Billing is monthly, starting from the date of subscription.
• You can cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected after retries, the subscription will be cancelled.
• Care Plan scope is defined on the pricing page. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Intellectual property

The beknown.world website, brand, and methodology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this site without written permission. The AI Visibility Check report you receive is yours to use however you wish.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
